2.0   MODE OF PAYMENT

           2.1    FPX ONLINE PAYMENT BY SECUREPAY (Recommended)

2.3    LOCAL ORDER (Malaysian Government eProcurement)

  • This applies to participants who have obtained any sponsorship from the local government, institution or hospital.
  • A copy of the LPO must be email to treasury@temp.pppkam.org.my  a month before the event or email us if there will be delay on LPO creation.
  • The original copy of the LPO must be presented and submitted to the secretariat during the registration.
  • The secretariat will confirm your payment status upon receiving your proof of payment.

CANCELLATION STATEMENT

a) Cancellations will not be refundable.

Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the treasury@temp.pppkam.org.my upon registration to the Conference.

 b) Non-attendance: No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.

b) The Registration Fees for the Conference (25 – 27 July 2023) include:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions.
  • Attendance at the opening ceremony.
  • Access to the exhibition area.
  • Refreshments during coffee breaks and lunch.

  • Every registered participant will receive a confirmation letter via registered email within 24-48 hours after payment had been received.

NOTICE TO AUTHORS & PRESENTERS

  1. We welcome extended abstract on all aspects of public health medicine.
  2. All extended abstract will undergo blind peer review before being accepted and eligible for presentation at the conference.
  3. Presenter must be a registered participant of the conference. Kindly registered at https://pppkam.org.my/etc/12nphc26nihsc/
  4. Open
  5. Deadline for extended abstract submission is: 15th June 2023.
  6. Need amendent abstract must be resend within a week after getting amend notification email.
  7. Decision on extended abstract acceptance date: 15th – 30 June 2023.
  8. Submit your extended abstract as MS Word attachment via https://pppkam.org.my/abstract-submission/ .
  9. Complete the field required on the Author Dashboard
  10. Select your category of topic out of three main groups below:
    • Epidemiology (NCD/CD)
    • Family Health/Health Management/Social Science
    • Occupational Health/Environmental Health/Others
  11. Select your choice of presentation; either oral or e-poster.
  12. Accepted extended abstract will be published in Vol. 23 No. Suppl. 1 (2023), Malaysian Journal of Public Health Medicine (MJPHM) – a SCOPUS indexed journal of Impact Factor 0.6.
  13. Submit Power Point slide or PDF poster via https://bit.ly/11NPHCslideposter or email to  scientific@temp.pppkam.org.my
  14. Deadline submission of Power Point slide (oral presenter): 9th July 2023.
  15. Deadline submission of PDF A0 poster (e-poster presenter): 9th July 2023.
