Registration Fees Entitlement
1. Registration Fees for Pre-Conference Workshop (7th July 2025) include:
a. Access to specific pre-conference sessions only
b. Switching pre-conference sessions is not allowed during the day.
c. Refreshments during coffee break and lunch.
2. The Registration Fees for the Conference (8th -10th July 2025) include:
a. Access to all scientific sessions
b. Attendance at the opening ceremony
c. Access to the exhibition area.
d. Refreshments during coffee breaks and lunch.
Mode of Payment
1. ONLINE PAYMENT/SECUREPAY (Recommended)
a. We only accept online payment via our website.
b. Transaction fee will be absorbed by the organiser.
c. Participants will receive an online payment receipt and registration QR code once the transaction is completed.
d. Email [email protected] if you need further assistance.
2. LOCAL ORDER (Malaysian Government eProcurement)
a. This only applies to participants who have obtained any sponsorship from the local government, institution or hospital.
b. Download LPO supporting documents via https://bit.ly/3BoEGjH. Documents provided as follows:-
– 12NPHC Payment Information
– PPPKAM ROS Certificate
– PPPKAM MOF Certificate
– PPPKAM Bank Statement
c. Registration will be put ON HOLD status until the secretariat accepts the LPO online.
d. A copy of the LPO must be submitted via https://bit.ly/4iYeDjZ and email to [email protected] at least 2 weeks before the event or email us if there will be any delay on LPO creation.
e. Participants or lead of the grouping booking must bring two copies of the original LPO during the conference IF office needs a wet signature and stamp.
f. Kindly collect the LPO during the last day of the conference at the registration counter.
3. MANUAL PAYMENT (Alternative)
a. Participants are encouraged to register and pay by online banking via our website to ease the registration process.
b. We will only accept manual payment if there is any issue with our SecurePay payment gateway. Our account details are as follows:

Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation & Transfer Registration Policy
a. Registrations are generally non-cancellable but transferable among collegue.
b. Cancellation request is allowable before 1st April 2025. Refer refund policy.
c. No cancellation and refund request from 1st April 2025 onwards.
d. Kindly request for transfer registration via [email protected] before 30th June 2025.
e. Transfer requests will not be accepted after 1st July 2025 and consider as no show.
2. No-Show Policy
No refund will be issued if you do not attend or no show at the conference without prior cancellation or notification to secretariat.
3. Refund Policy
a. Refunds is STRICTLY ONLY for cancellation before 1st April 2025, error in amount or double payment issue.
b. Refund amount is after minus administrative fee.
c. Kindly email to [email protected] to request for refund.
d. Refunds will be processed within 3-7 days upon approval of the request.
4. Changes to the Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. The organisers reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and you will be notified via email if applicable.
b. The updated policy will apply to all new registrations and cancellations after the update date.
