Abstract Submission Closed

NOTICE TO AUTHORS & PRESENTERS

  1. We welcome extended abstract on all aspects of public health medicine.
  2. All extended abstract will undergo blind peer review before being accepted and eligible for presentation at the conference
  3. Presenter must be a registered participant of the conference
  4. Deadline for extended abstract submission: 15th May 2025.
  5. Decisionon extended abstract acceptance date: 15th – 31st May 2025.
  6. Submit your extended abstract as MS Word attachment via https://pppkam.org.my/abstract-submission/ .
  7. Complete the field required on the Author 
  8. Select your category of topic out of three main groups below:
    1. Epidemiology (NCD / CD)
    2. Family Health / Health Service Management
    3. Occupational Health / Environmental Health / Social and Behavioral Science / Others
  9. Select your choice of presentation; either oral or e-poster.
  10. Accepted extended abstract will be published in Malaysian Journal of Public Health Medicine (MJPHM) Supplement- SCOPUS indexed journal.
  11. Deadline submission of Power Point slide (oral presenter): 30th June 2025
  12. Deadline submission of e-poster: 20th June 2025

SLIDE PRESENTATION & E-POSTER SUBMISSION

Slide Presentation (oral presenter)

  1. Presentation should be a brief discussion of a focused topic.
  2. Each presenter will be given 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for question and answer.
  3. Use appropriate font size for the presentation.

e-Poster presentation

  1. E-poster should be in portrait orientation (Ratio 9:16), Resolution: 1920 x 1080.
  2. The e-Poster should be in English only.
  3. The presentation must cover important material that is presented on your accepted extended abstract.
  4. Place the title of your paper at the top of the poster.
  5. Indicate the paper’s title, authors’ names, poster ID ie EPIDPP <ID  presentation> / <ID abstract> (left upper corner), and logo/photo (right upper corner).
  6. Please underline the name of the presenting author.
  7. Organize the paper, so it is self-explanatory.

Presentation Submission

  2. Deadline PPTX slide for oral presentation is before 30 June 2025.
  3. Deadline JPEG e-poster before 20 June 2025.
  4. Include Poster ID at top left and organisation logo at top right
  5. Will reject both publication and presentation after the deadline
